We are thrilled by the news of the recent arrivals from Afghanistan to Virginia and want to be sure that we in Westchester are prepared to resettled families here. To do that, we need informed and committed Community Sponsor partners. Those who have welcomed their new neighbors have found it to be a deeply rewarding experience.
Hearts & Homes for Refugees would like to share more about what Community Sponsorship entails, and how you can participate. We are offering two Zooms in the coming days on the topic, and hope that you can join one or the other. Registration is required – see below to sign up!
