Our Partners
Hearts & Homes for Refugees created a group of friends & partners to collaborate, grow and sustain the welcoming movement in Westchester County. Hearts & Homes leads this group to convene people of goodwill, to educate and inspire the community and to mobilize support and advocate for refugees here in our community and beyond. A strong network of partners and volunteers amplifies our work and mission to build a strong community, one that is a powerful force for welcoming refugees and supporting them in their integration and goals as independent new Americans.
